In-bound Flight Recycling - The new Indianapolis International Airport has a centralized waste system but not a centralized recycling system. Though the airport does recycle, airport stores, restaurants, and inbound flights are not required to do so. PUP is currently working with the airport to improve their recycling efforts.

September 12, 2009 INBOUND FLIGHT RECYCLING - PUP has recently been in contact with the recycling program director at Continental Airlines as well as airport officials at Seattle/Tacoma, Ft. Lauderdale, and San Diego. We're working to garner knowledge and support for improved recycling practices at our own airport by working directly with Gate Gourmet management.
