Maryanne O'Malley

MARYANNE O’MALLEY (Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director) is a native New Yorker who has called both Indianapolis and Japan home during the past 20 years. While living in Japan from 2000 and 2004, O’Malley was a founding member of Food Bank Kansai (FBK), a non-profit organization that provides nutrition to homeless shelters, orphanages, rehabilitation facilities and abuse shelters. Today, approximately 6 tons of food is provided to over 4,000 people each month. Prior to living in Japan, O’Malley worked as a memory trainer at Regenstrief Institute. The position supported a geriatric intervention study, conducted by the National Institute of Health. O’Malley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College.


Michael Bricker

MICHAEL BRICKER (Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director) splits his time between Austin, TX and Indianapolis developing projects in architecture and film. Bricker's design work has been featured through the United States, Italy, and Mongolia. Most recently, he served as the production designer for the feature films NATURAL SELECTION and MY NAME IS JERRY. In addition to his work for PUP, Bricker teaches production design for film at the University of Texas at Austin. He is native to Indianapolis, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in art from Wabash College and a Master in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
